They’re ready in just 10 minutes, making them a lifesaver when you need a fast and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 12 dinner rolls

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion, breaking the meat apart as it cooks, until fully browned. Make sure to crumble the beef well for even cooking.
  3. Drain any excess grease. Nobody wants greasy sliders!
  4. Stir in the pickle relish, mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup until everything is nicely combined. This is where the flavor party starts!
  5. Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms on a sheet pan.
  6. Layer the cheese slices on the rolls, making sure each slider gets a good amount of cheesy goodness.
  7. Spoon the hamburger mixture evenly over the cheese. Don’t be shy!
  8. Place the tops of the rolls on.
  9. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and sesame seeds. This adds a lovely touch of richness and texture.
  10. Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls. This helps them get golden brown and delicious in the oven.
  11. Bake for 5–8 minutes, or until warmed through and lightly golden. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
