I was the food columnist for the The New Jersey Herald and my work and photography also appeared in The Sparta Independent, Will County Woman, JerseyBites.com, eHow.com, HeliumNetwork.com, and HonestCooking.com. I have written many recipe based articles and hundreds of blog posts.
